We’re looking for a technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with customers—not just sitting behind a bench all day. About the job; what you'll be doing

You’ll work both in the shop and on local in-home service calls, supporting customers across a wide range of everyday technology.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, upgrading Windows PCs
  • Supporting Apple computers (macOS laptops and desktops)
  • Assisting with mobile devices (Android and Apple ecosystems)
  • Setting up and troubleshooting home networking (routers, Wi-Fi, printers)
  • Helping customers with smart home and consumer tech (Smart TVs, streaming devices, peripherals)
  • Explaining solutions clearly and patiently to non-technical users

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid foundational knowledge of computers and consumer technology
  • Comfort working across both PC and Apple ecosystems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as technology evolves
  • Clear, respectful communication with customers
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a small, capable team

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (as this role includes in-home service and driving a company vehicle)
  • Professional, calm presence in customer homes
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
